THe leraning method i enjoy the most is definitely worksheets as i can actually see the information and hold it in my hands and its easier to do it that way in my opionion

Recall a specific incident when someone’s words offended you. Describe what was said, how it made you feel, and what actions you took in response. Reflect on whether your response helped resolve the situation or changed how you think about communication. One time someones words offended me was when someone called me out of my name and instead called me something i dont like to be called, it made me feel belittled and annoying. The actions i took to respond was tell them i didnt like to be refered to as that and talked to them so they could understand and i wasnt just beinf rude to them. They understood and havent called me that same name since.
