Today in class we finished working on our Emily Dickinson quotes analysis, the work wasn't hard the only challenging part was figuring out what the conflict was for each quote, other than that the work wasnt very hard just long.

Recall a specific incident when someone’s words offended you. Describe what was said, how it made you feel, and what actions you took in response. Reflect on whether your response helped resolve the situation or changed how you think about communication. One time someones words offended me was when someone called me out of my name and instead called me something i dont like to be called, it made me feel belittled and annoying. The actions i took to respond was tell them i didnt like to be refered to as that and talked to them so they could understand and i wasnt just beinf rude to them. They understood and havent called me that same name since.
