Dennis Morales 5th Period blogposts

 Today  in class we worked on vocabulary, from the workbook we copied the definitions of 15 vocabulary words and the definition of each. After we wrote the definitions we wrote a sentence for each of the 15 vocabulary words, once completed we were instructed to complete excersize 1 on page 12.  

 Today in class we took some notes, I got a refresher on what a thesis is and then started writing my conclusion and opening paragraph 

On friday the 13th I worked on my 3 body paragraphs, writing them out and then revising them. I forgot to do my blog post on friday in class so I'm turning it in now. 

 Today in class we worked on another cluster with a chosen one of four prompts, after the cluster on another sheet of paper the class was instructed to write 2 paragraphs about two of the five subtopics we chose. During class I finished one paragraph and the cluster for, homework I will finish the second paragraph.

Today in class I learned how to use clusters to organize my research and subtopics,  todays lesson we mainly took notes so it was very laidback and easy, I did not mind it.

Today in class we finished working on our Emily Dickinson quotes analysis, the work wasn't hard the only challenging part was figuring out what the conflict was for each quote, other than that the work wasnt very hard just long.
